Payments and donations

EZCharityQR does not receive or hold donation funds. Donation links you configure may send supporters directly to a third‑party payment platform (for example Stripe, PayPal, GoFundMe, or another processor/page you choose). Those services process payments under their own policies. For subscriptions, payment processing is handled by our payment processor (such as Stripe). We do not store full payment card details.

How we use information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the service.
• Protect the platform against fraud and abuse.
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
• Improve features and performance (using aggregated, minimal analytics where possible).

Data retention
