Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how refunds work for EZ Charity QR subscriptions. Donations made through third‑party payment platforms are handled by the organizer and that platform, not by EZCharityQR.

Donations

EZCharityQR does not accept or hold donation funds. Any donation refund requests must be directed to the fundraiser/organizer and the payment platform used (for example Stripe, PayPal, GoFundMe, etc.).

Subscriptions

• Auto‑renewal: subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancellation: you can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.
• Partial periods: unless required by law, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

Exceptions

We may consider refunds in rare cases such as duplicate charges or billing errors. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us as soon as possible and include the account email and any relevant details.
