These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EZ Charity QR ("EZCharityQR", "we", "us"). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
EZCharityQR is a tool to create and manage QR donation pages that link supporters to a payment destination you choose. We do not receive, process, or hold donation funds. Donations typically go directly to a third‑party payment platform (such as Stripe, PayPal, GoFundMe, or another destination you configure).
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (typically monthly) unless cancelled. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your plan from your account billing portal when available.
Refunds: Unless required by law, we generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. See our Refund Policy for details.
You may not use EZCharityQR for fraud, deception, or illegal activity; to misrepresent a fundraiser or impersonate others; or to host content or links that violate applicable laws. See our Acceptable Use Policy for more detail.
Third‑party payment processors, platforms, and integrations are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party services you choose to use.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
The service is provided on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZCharityQR disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
