This policy helps keep EZ Charity QR safe and trustworthy for donors and organizers. You agree not to use the service in ways that harm others, break the law, or undermine donor trust.

You may not use EZCharityQR to:

• Run fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading fundraisers.
• Impersonate a person, organization, or charity, or misrepresent affiliation.
• Host or link to content that is illegal, hateful, or promotes violence.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or attempt to compromise other systems.
• Collect sensitive personal information from donors in an unsafe or unauthorized way.
• Use the platform to violate payment processor policies or applicable fundraising laws.

Enforcement

We may remove content, disable features, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we believe your use violates this policy or creates risk for donors, organizers, or the platform.
